街舞是反映地方文化特色、展現創意的運動，也是能夠讓觀眾全情投入的藝術。本節目將透過舉辦街舞比賽，讓觀眾對街舞有更多認識和了解。比賽一方面會邀請香港舞者參賽，讓他們盡情發揮以表現香港街舞文化；同時亦會邀請海外著名街舞舞者擔任評審，以展現出香港是一個可以讓世界出色街舞者盡興表演的國際舞台。節目中亦會透過介紹不同舞者，從他們的故事中，讓觀眾了解街舞及當中的精神。

Three ordinary air hostesses from Mumbai embark on a journey to pursue their dreams but find themselves caught up in unexpected misfortunes.

The Remains were a 1960s garage rock band from Boston, Massachusetts, who were given the honor of supporting The Beatles on their final U.S. tour in 1966. 　　The doc sees the band, which toured across Europe in 2006 after recording a new album – Movin’ On in 2002, in a variety of settings: a rehearsal, the Underground Garage radio show, Amoeba Music, Guitar Center, cruising in a vintage Caddy, standing outside the iconic Capitol Records building, walking on Sunset Boulevard, and an LA club. It is about the bond between four close friends and the passion they still had for playing music together decades after breaking up and not quite reaching their final destination.

The movie is set in Japan and tells the story of Furu, a young aspiring musician, who is dreaming of a getaway out of his small coastal town in Northern Iwate. He succeeds but the price is very high.
